We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your resident portal online, or you can bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Residents of 2800 Ontario are responsible for electricity, gas, cable, and internet services.  WC Smith will cover water and trash fees.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

Yes, we love cats just as much as you and if well behaved, they will always be welcome at 2800 Ontario.

Yes.  There is a Safeway just a few blocks from us at 1747 Columbia Rd NW.

2800 Ontario has their own Amazon Hub locker installed.  Just stop by the hub, scan your code, and grab your package!
